Send a deletion request
Email delete@syncline.ai from the email address you use for SyncLine, with the subject “SyncLine data deletion request”. You do not need to sign in to send a request.
Include your account email, workspace or brand name, and whether you want to delete your entire account or only data associated with a particular connection. For Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, include the relevant Page name or account username.
Do not send passwords, login codes, access tokens, or bot credentials. If you cannot access your account email, tell us so we can arrange another way to verify your authority.
Stop future access
Open Connections in SyncLine and disconnect the relevant account. You can also remove SyncLine’s access in the social platform’s app or integration settings. For Telegram, remove the bot from your channel’s administrators.
Disconnecting removes the connection’s stored credentials and stops future publishing through it. A publishing request already in progress may still complete. Disconnection does not by itself delete your account or all stored historical information; send the request above for that.
For YouTube and Google Business Profile, disconnecting in SyncLine or removing SyncLine’s access in Google’s third-party access settings also deletes the Google data SyncLine stored for the connection: its tokens, channel or location identifier, name and image, analytics, timing data, post links and identifiers, and shared report copies that include it. A disconnection in SyncLine takes effect immediately; access removed at Google takes effect once SyncLine detects it, and in any case within 30 days. You do not need to send a request for that data. Posts and media you created stay in your workspace until you delete them or ask us to.
What happens next
We verify that you are authorised to make the request, confirm its scope, and respond by email. We will explain any information needed to proceed and confirm completion or any applicable retention exceptions. You can reply to the same email conversation to ask for an update.
Depending on the scope, deletion can cover account details, stored social connection information, uploaded or generated content, drafts, schedules, and analytics held by SyncLine. Shared workspace information may require confirmation from the workspace owner.
Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes; backup copies follow the applicable backup cycle. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
Posts and subscriptions
Deleting data from SyncLine does not automatically remove posts already published to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or another platform. Delete those posts using that platform’s own controls.
Subscription cancellation and data deletion are separate actions. Manage your subscription in Billing, or mention it in your deletion request if you need help.
