Your agreement with SyncLine
These terms govern your use of SyncLine’s website and web application, including brand workspaces, connected social accounts, content generation, scheduling, publishing, and analytics. The service is provided by CLRT L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as SyncLine (“we”, “us”, or “SyncLine”).
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use SyncLine for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account and billing details, keep your credentials secure, and only give access to people authorised to manage your brands. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Sign-in may use a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure and never share sign-in codes. Creating a brand or saving a draft does not by itself activate a paid subscription.
You must have permission to connect each social account and manage any brand or client content you add.
Plans, introductory access, and renewal
Our monthly USD plans are Scheduler at $29 for 20 social connections and one workspace user, Presence at $99 for one brand and five connections, Momentum at $299 for two brands and 20 connections, and Influence at $499 for five brands and 50 connections. Scheduler includes scheduling, automatic publishing, and MCP access; it does not include AI Studio, Design Studio, AI credits, brand management, analytics, reporting, the inbox, or team collaboration. On Presence, Momentum, and Influence, connection limits and generation credit balances are shared across the brands in your workspace. Billing and checkout show the applicable price, included credits, taxes, and any additional charges before purchase.
The introductory offer is for new subscriptions: a workspace that has never subscribed to SyncLine, on any plan including Scheduler, can start Presence, Momentum, or Influence with seven days for $1. A payment card is required. The introductory offer is available once per workspace; it does not restart when you cancel or change plans. After seven days, your selected AI plan renews automatically at its monthly price unless you cancel before the introductory period ends. Introductory credits are separate from the allowance granted when a monthly payment succeeds. Scheduler is billed at $29 from the start of its monthly subscription and does not include the introductory offer.
Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel in Billing before your next charge, or contact us if you cannot access the billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of your paid or introductory period. Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete your account or content.
Connecting accounts, AI generation, scheduling, and publishing require an active subscription or introductory period. When access ends, new publishing attempts, including future scheduled posts, may stop. A request already accepted by a social platform may still complete. A downgrade that leaves your workspace above its brand or connection limits can pause publishing until you reduce usage or upgrade.
Contact us about incorrect charges, duplicate payments, or refund requests. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase terms and applicable law; cancelling alone does not automatically refund an earlier charge. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer right. Material changes to prices or included allowances will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal.
AI credits and included publishing
Writing or editing a post yourself, uploading your own media, scheduling, and publishing use no AI credits. These actions are included within your active plan and its connection limits, subject to platform restrictions. Publishing the same existing content to additional connected accounts does not incur an AI generation charge.
Standard AI generation uses one credit per text post or slide and ten additional credits per generated image: a text post with one generated image uses 11 credits. A batch of ten such posts uses 110 credits. Each separately generated platform version counts as a text post. Asking the AI for a new version or revision is a new generation; editing the text yourself is not. The app shows the request’s credit cost before you submit it.
The included trial and monthly amounts are shown in Billing. Trial credits expire when your introductory period ends. Monthly credits are granted for a successfully paid billing cycle and expire at the end of that cycle; unused monthly credits do not roll over. A plan change does not by itself grant another monthly allowance. Purchased top-up credits carry forward without a scheduled expiry, but an active AI plan is required to purchase top-ups or use AI generation. Scheduler does not grant or spend AI credits.
We reserve the quoted credits when a generation starts and use credits closest to expiry first. A failed generation returns its reserved credits to their original balance with the original expiry. If an image is not generated, its reserved image credits are returned. A refund of credits does not extend their validity. Running out of credits stops additional generation; it does not authorise an automatic top-up.
Credits pay for generation, so choosing not to use a completed result, deleting it, or a later social-platform publishing failure does not automatically return those credits. Credits are workspace usage units, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are subject to any mandatory refund rights. Available top-up quantities and prices are shown before purchase.
Your brands and content
You retain your rights in the brand materials, logos, media, prompts, and other content you provide. You give SyncLine permission to store, process, adapt, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, including sending it to selected social platforms and configured content-generation providers.
You are responsible for obtaining rights, permissions, and releases for your content, including music, images, trademarks, and personal information. Do not upload content you are not authorised to use.
AI-assisted creation
Generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review it for accuracy, rights, brand suitability, and required disclosures before publishing or approving a schedule.
Generation uses the brand context, writing preferences, examples, facts, and instructions you supply, together with relevant conversation history. A website link or source you enter is not a promise that SyncLine has visited it or verified its claims. Automated checks and brand instructions do not guarantee factual accuracy or exact reproduction of a logo, font, or visual identity.
When you choose automatic scheduling, you authorise publishing attempts for the resulting eligible posts at their scheduled times. Posts that need additional platform settings or review may remain drafts. Review the resulting drafts and calendar after generation.
We do not guarantee that generated content is unique, copyrightable, or free from third-party rights. Do not include sensitive information in prompts unless you are authorised to share it and it is necessary for your request.
Connections and publishing
Connecting a social account authorises SyncLine to use the permissions you grant to provide the selected features. You choose the accounts, content, and publishing instructions. Scheduling a post authorises us to attempt publication at the selected time, subject to platform requirements.
Platforms may restrict formats, require additional approval, expire access, reject posts, or change their APIs. Delivery times, successful publication, reach, and engagement are not guaranteed. Check publishing status and resolve failed or expired connections.
If a publishing result is unconfirmed, check the destination platform before creating a replacement to avoid duplicate posts. Available analytics vary by plan, platform, account type, and permissions, and some connections do not provide analytics.
Disconnecting an account stops future use of that connection but does not remove content already published on the platform. Manage previously published posts directly on the relevant platform where necessary.
Third-party terms also apply. When using YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Other social platforms remain independent services.
Acceptable use
Do not use SyncLine for illegal content, infringement, fraud, impersonation, harassment, unsolicited spam, or deceptive activity. Follow the rules of every connected platform.
Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, compromise the service, bypass usage limits, share credentials without authorisation, or interfere with security controls. We may restrict activity that threatens users, the service, or a connected platform.
Privacy and customer data
Our Privacy Policy describes the information processed through SyncLine and how to request access or deletion. If you provide personal information about others, you are responsible for having the necessary authority and providing any required notices.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, outages, providers, or events outside our control. Features may change as social platforms and our product evolve. Illustrative website demos do not publish live posts.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or a particular business result. You should keep copies of important content.
Neither party is responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when this agreement was made. No term excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections or liability for fraud.
Suspension and closing your account
You may stop using SyncLine, cancel renewal, and request account closure. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, or platform restriction. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and allow you to address it.
Before closing an account, cancel scheduled work and retain content you need. Data removal and necessary retention are described in our Privacy Policy. Amounts already owed and terms intended to survive termination remain applicable.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the service, are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes, except that nothing in this section removes a mandatory consumer protection, or a right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence, that the law gives you.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at the address below so that we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect where required. Applicable mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
